Brain & Body Connection (BBC)
Feeling stuck or unable to make that shift in life for the better? Sometimes it's just a disconnection or misalignment within our system. This session is meant to help individuals get back on track by reconnecting and reactivating their system from a brain health perspective that is highly dependent on the physical body ability. Once the brain and body connection is established, it has the potential to address most if not all other challenges that one faces in life.
The first session of BBC is carried out privately with the client (unless client is comfortable bringing a partner) to identify root causes to their areas of concerns and challenges. Once a connection is acknowledged and the suggested activation pathway understood, a more physical support is provided in the form of a Feldenkrais ATM (Awareness Through Movement) session.
To ensure our client's ultimate goal is achieved meaningfully and maintained for the long term, subsequent sessions covers:
- - Feedback from previous session and practice
- - ATM session or primitive movements
- - Addressing concerns and challenges in life, nutritional discussions, and next steps
